Basic performance This machine is electric calefaction multi-effect water distilling one , which can produce pure steam while generating distilled water . The machine uses ionic water as raw material , is heated by boiler steam and assimilates advantages of various water distilling machines from home and abroad . Incorporating vertical pipe falling film multi-effect evaporation principle that are internationally advanced , and .3-step heat separation technology : one , gravitational separation , two , screw panel centrifugal separation , three , collision separation , a process that effectively ensure the quality of distilled water and comes without parallel elsewhere in China . The machine went through scientific calculation and was optimally designed , adopting 5-effect evaporation to make full use of energy with obvious energy saving results . The machine is made according to GMP requirements ,and comes with GMP evaluation documents . The quality of distilled water from this machine meets WFI targets stipulated in Pharmacopoeia of People’s Republic of China 2005 EDITION. The machine uses iconic water as raw material whose electric conductivity is<2µS/cm(0.5 MΩ/cm),requiring no ammonia and chlorine with a maximum hardness of 2ppm(CaCO3).
